    Not every time.  We look at other factors as well including cash flow and bank statements. 

  • What are the terms and conditions to a loan?

  • How long does it take to be approved for a loan?

    It can be as early as 24-48 hours.  Some loans can take a bit longer. 

  • How do I apply?

    Speak to one of our consultants about the type of loan you want to apply for or they can guide you into choosing a loan that is right for you.  Then they’ll provide you with an application to fill out.

    Make sure to have supporting documents ready.  These vary based on the loan you are applying for but may include personal financial statements as well as the last three months of your bank statements. 

  • Once approved how long will it take for the funds to be in my account? 

    This varies based on the loan you are receiving, but at most can take a couple of weeks.  There are options available to expedite the delivery of the funds into your account.
